My Story
There was a period in my life when everything fell apart - and I mean everything – in such quick succession that I barely had time to catch my breath between one thing and the next.
Giving birth to three premature babies. Watching a parent go through cancer and ultimately losing them to it. The breakdown of my marriage and the divorce that followed. Raising three small children - navigating kids autism and ADHD diagnoses alongside everything else - while holding down a full time career, relocating the family home, and managing the financial upheaval that came with all of that. All the while, it was taking its toll - mentally, emotionally, physically.
And through every single bit of it, I kept functioning. Kept showing up. Kept looking fine on the outside while quietly drowning on the inside.
I went looking for answers outside of myself. The courses. The books. The retreats. The gurus. I tried everything. And for a long time, nothing shifted. Because the answer wasn't out there.
What actually changed everything was understanding myself - my patterns, my reactions, why I kept ending up in the same place no matter how hard I tried to do things differently. When that finally clicked, everything changed.
I developed The FEEL Process from that work. I used it on my own life first. And the life I have now is proof that it works. I created my Infinity Healing Space because I genuinely wish it had existed when I needed it most. This is the place I was looking for. And if you're looking for it too - you've found it.
So why does any of that matter to you?
Because when you sit across from me, you're not talking to someone who only learned about this in a classroom. You're talking to someone who lived it, who then went and studied it , and who figured a way through. Both from the inside and the out.
Why Work With Me?
I've spent over 21 years working in frontline services - in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where occupational stress, critical incidents, and the weight of the work are just part of the job. I've seen up close how people cope under pressure, how they struggle in silence, and how much people carry without ever asking for help.
That kind of experience doesn't come from a textbook. It gives you a very particular understanding of human beings - what we're capable of, what breaks us, and what it actually takes to change.
Alongside that, I'm currently completing a BA in Employee Support & Wellbeing, with additional qualifications in Life Coaching, Domestic Violence Support, and various Holistic Therapies, with a foundational grounding in psychology.
But here's what I want you to know more than any of that: I don't judge. I don't panic. Whatever you bring into this space - the shame, the exhaustion, the things you've never said out loud to anyone - I can handle it. And I won't make you feel small for any of it.
I've been where you are. I've done the work. And I've built something I genuinely believe can help you - not because I read about it, but because I lived it.
How I Work?
Every session is different because every person is different. I don't follow a script and I don't apply a one-size-fits-all approach. I follow what comes up - and I work with what's actually going on for you, not a textbook version of it.
What I do is listen - properly. Not just to what you're saying, but to what's underneath it. I work intuitively and practically, helping you understand not just what's happening in your life, but why - and more importantly, what to do with that understanding.
My work brings together emotional wellbeing, practical tools, and where relevant, intuitive energy work. It's grounded, direct, and always focused on one thing: helping you actually feel and function differently - not just understand your problems more clearly.
This is a space where you won't be judged, rushed, or given a list of things you should be doing differently.
You'll be heard. And from there, we figure out the rest together.
