Intuitive Energy Healing Session

About this session

You don't always know what's wrong. You just know something feels heavy, stuck, or off - and no amount of talking about it has shifted it. This session works differently. Rather than starting with words, we start with your body and what it's holding. I work intuitively -tuning into what's going on beneath the surface, physically, emotionally and mentally - to get to what's underneath the story you've been telling yourself. What actually happens: You stay fully clothed and lie comfortably. There's nothing you need to do, say, or prepare. I work gently through your system using a combination of energy work, frequency healing and crystals, supporting your body to release what it's been storing - often for a very long time. Every session is completely individual. I follow what comes up rather than following a script. After the session: We sit together and make sense of what came up. This is where it becomes practical. I'll share what I noticed and we'll connect it back to what's been going on in your life - the patterns, the reactions, the things that keep resurfacing. You leave with real understanding, not just a nice feeling. This session is for you if: You've tried talking about it and something still isn't shifting. You feel burnt out, disconnected, or like you're carrying something you can't name. You're going through a difficult period and need something deeper than a conversation.
